Still Fly in August

So I know it's almost the end of the summer but the weather won't really break till mid-to-late September. With that said it is much more summer swag to let loose, so I wanted to give you that last kick for the upcoming holiday. Throughout the rest of this article I will give a couple things to add to your arsenal.

So it's summer and your planning to go crazy on South Beach, Myrtle Beach, Virginia Beach any beach, you need sunglasses. The first pair shown (on the top) are by Emporio Armani and cost around $118. They are plastic frame hybrid (meaning close to something but not exactly) aviators. Armani calls them "438" but bottom line they go hard. The next pair (on the bottom) are by Banana Republic and are called "Oliver." They cost around $190 and have a casual chic to them like something you wear with linens. Both of these shades come in different colors but I liked the black, as always.

Another accessory to a casual but stylish summer outfit is deck shoes. The trick to deck shoes is that they need to be simple and very very casual, no sneaker air bubbles in the sole. So these are called Sperry Top Siders, and go for about $60. They come in a couple different colors but you want go with white, it looks clean and new. So keep it simple but elegant, get some deck shoes.

Now to no one's surprise, the shirt of choice for the summer, pastel Polo shirts. A classic polo is fly, casual, and still refined. A polo shirt is better than an everyday t-shirt and goes well with the deck shoes. You can wear a t-shirt, but make it high end like Calvin Klein, not Fruit of the Loom. V-neck is definitely a hot look right now when done correctly, no long ass necks down to your belly button (and shave your damn chest hair).

Oh yeah, bring the Ciroc Vodka, it goes well with your new refined summer look. Not to be cliche but Ciroc is a hot party liquor right now, and goes well with Mountain Dew, apple juice, and cranberry juice of course. Now go forth and take over the summer, one young lady at a time.
